everything i wash my hands woosh! it takes a nab at my hands im tired of this discomfort i dont want to lose any fingers

Ohhh, chicken fingers, eh? Run your garbage disposal for 3 hours, that should teach him who is the boss in your kitchen. No disposal? Put super hot sauce on your fingers, you may lose one, but that should be the only one. Or, you could wear chain mail gloves. This solutionn makes it a little harder to wash your hands, but will protect your fingers.

Doesn't sound too much different than an amphiuma I used to take care of - 3' long aquatic salamander that's slippery as heck and bites. I used to keep a $1 kid's butterfly net for moving him. Never had him in my sink though!
Get a couple of pans (with handles) and catch him between the pans to put him back where he belongs. That could either be in his tank or on the stove - you've already got the pot.

This is what you do.
You look that eel in the eyes and say oh you piece of ***** you asked for it now. Now you pull down your pants and give that eel a piece of your magic markers. Then you get the garbage disposal on and watch his brain bleed.

Use a different sink or wait until he comes out to go to the bathroom.
Oh and be sure to tell him to flush
