Why do ppl still watch the View? On and off the show, the woman is belittling, insulting, know-it-all and arrogant? What do you think will have to happen for her to be silenced? Complaints from advertisers maybe?

I think she is pushing it as far as she can go. She is getting away with it because she is FAT, because she is a WOMAN, because she is a PARENT, because she is GAY, because she is FAMOUS. She seems to be able to say anything she wants.

She is disgusting on all fronts. I saw where she just announced that she yells and swears at those poor adopted kids of hers! But she is getting away with that too.

I think another part of the reason is that the audience that watches her is a segment of the population that really isn't that smart or educated, is impressed by celebrity, and only gets their news from windbags like Rosie...

I observed the tutor this Tuesday... i've got seen it formerly. and because she "THINKS" that is her tutor and tries to dominate the communique... i'll in no way watch back. Even Barbara Walters appeared annoyed by utilising her (Rosie's) urge for nutrition for air time. Lose her or this tutor would be misplaced. And straight away. a guy or woman who has each and all the solutions often would not. I want she knew. I hate her aim audience hand wave for applause like she's duding it up. If this could be a female's attitude tutor... then be it.

She cant shut up, she's a dyke with a gripe. Theres no end to the rants and petty gripes that come out of the new age homo community. Her spot on the view was a network attempt to cover all types of audiences. Rosie to me seems more like a bad Jerry Springer guest than one whose opinion would make a real difference. They should have hired Rachel Ray, but then I suppose nobody else would get a chance to speak.

Few weeks ago ABC actually shut down their email because they were getting loads and loads of hate mail about Rosie. I don't know if it has been put back up recently or what. Just do not watch the show. From looks of things she is leaving from what I am seeing in news to pursue her own daytime show. Like that will last. Look at everything she has been trying to do ever since her daytime talk show went out and she went stupid. It has all failed and tanked.

As long as we have the Constitution containing the 1st Ammendmen she doesn't have to shut up. If you don't like her then change the channel. I don't like things that Rush Limbaugh says so rather than complain, I just don't listen to him. The View's ratings are the highest they've ever been, so a lot of people must like her and as long as there's high ratings there will be willing advertisers. That's business.

Yes, she can say what she wants, guaranteed by the constitution. It is a pity she does not feel that that same constitution protects the right of people to disagree with her. She shouts down anyone who has a different point of view, refusing to allow them to be heard. For her, freedom of speech, the first amendment, only protects her rights. Just as the second only protects her rights, the rights of her bodyguard to carry a firearm but no one else has any rights under that amendment, especially Tom Selleck.

You have an ultimate option. If you don't want to watch her, change the channel or turn off the TV.

If enough people stop watching her, she will eventually lose sponsors and be forced off the air. In the mean time, on personal basis, you can do yourself a favor and don't watch her.

I can see why her and Donald Trump got into a fight. No wonder he finds her unattractive.
