The best kind of sheet for me is a really big one that empties you out and leaves you feeling lighter. The larger the sheet the better. I find for best results I have one high fiber drink before dinner. Works like a charm!

If you toss and turn, nearly nude,(like me)-I've found that egeptian cotton sheets with a 300 thread+ count are perfect.Their soft and easy to turn in and seem to be thermally transperent. These are my favorite sheets even though i've had to iron the pillow case bands a couple of times in the past two years.

Cotton Jersey sheets. They're like T-shirt sheets! I just bought some by Tommy Hilfiger and they're great!

I have personally found that the higher the thread count, the cooler the sheets feel. Anything above 300 and they are softer and cooler. At least to me. Hope this helps!

They say that silk keeps you warm when it's cold and cool, when it's hot. I've never had sheets, but I have a really thin silk blanket and it really keeps me warm and cool, as needed.

Ironically, cotton flannel is the best. They wick the moisture away from your body and keep you cool better. Silk is also very good at it, but they tend to look messier in the morning.
