I wish to maintain a personal diary but also wish to keep it secret so that only i can have access to it.. so does anyone know of or has any idea as to how i can maintain a diary on my pc or on the net ??

Assuming you want an internet based diary, it all depends on the level of Privacy you want.

First and foremost - Nothing that you subscribe to on the web is "Secret" or "Personal"...in a strictly technical sense.
As also from point of commonsense.

Factors like what kind of Privacy policy you agree to, what security the service offers, what datamining the vendor does....all these and other commercial and SLA factors do matter.
