O.G. is the original gangsta. When gangs were formed in neighborhoods, the older cats who live in the hoods refused to join and stood strong, challenging any and all comers.

I thought an OG was the "boss" of a gang. It stands for original gangsta. I don't know what you're talking about with ghost rider.
