Termites do not come out into the open. It is probably
rose mites or some other pest. If you could get one or
more of them in a napkin or such and take it to the
garden center they can tell you what it is and what to use
to get rid of them.

They are not Termites they are Aphids get a garden spray for Ahids.

They love the flavor. I don't think they are termites. I think they are some kind of rose Pest..

That is aphids on the rose bush. You need to dust them with sevin dust or spray them with a rose & flower insect spray . You can buy them at a gardening center at wal-mart or k-mart. good luck with your roses.

Are you sure they are termites? Could be aphids or something else.
