I received a letter informing me the date the accounts will be closing but no reason behind why the accounts would close. Spoke to customer service and people in the bank but no one seems to know why. It's a legit letter and the bank is Bank of America.

Would be safe to assume you violated one of their terms of service. I'd call and get a manager.

the only way they'd desire to have the skill to do this is that in case you signed some style of settlement with them asserting they'd do this. a number of those agencies are taking off to do this deceptive way of working now. Dish community does this. once you sign the settlement and it incredibly is put in, you have signed that in case you do not pay, they are able to convey jointly out of your economic business enterprise account (or credit card #). in case you have not signed something like that, then i'd say they are doing this unlawful. maximum underhanded agencies will function like this as they take the prospect that the guy would not know the thank you to bypass after them or won't. i'd start up by utilising contacting your economic business enterprise and ask them if this is criminal. Have they taken you to courtroom and gotten a judgment? in the event that they have then they have each and every ultimate to convey jointly it besides obtainable. talk on your economic business enterprise! stable luck!!!
