I've started a new job and they would like me to keep the website updated and add some new content. One of the other employees has it though Yahoo on his personal account. Is there any way to switch it to my Yahoo account so I can be in control of it?

HOW would we go about doing this?

Ask the other employee to give you that domain (userid, registration, logon, password, etc.) and have the other employee go out and get another new Yahoo! userid/email/account/etc.

Or better yet, if it's *not* registered, register it, then move the files from the other employee's account to the new host, and take over!

(Of course, either method assumes this is not a "hostile takeover". If it is, then you'll have to do some real digging, using the url, to try to find all the website files and download them directly from the current host...)
