A country this size could not possibly have a direct consensus democracy. We would spend every hour of every day studying and voting on issues.
Fascist Capitalism? You obviously don't understand what Fascist means. Controlled by the few wealthy? I don't care who you are or how rich you may be, you only get one vote.
