Did you know that Brian Lara has been subject to sabotage from members of the WI Cricket Board and members of the WI team?
This is because Jamaicans are angry with Lara for saying that Marlon Samuels should be investigated for match fixing. If the ICC suspected Samuels who is Lara to stand in thier way.
Chris Gayle was the only Jamaican who played one good game and that was when it counted for nothing.
Who was the person who ruined Lara's last innings by making him get runout: Non other than Marlon Samules, the Jamaican.
Who is the loud mouth that always have something negative to say about Lara:Chapple- Jamaican.
Should ICC put a stop to this?
Who thinks Trinidad should get thier own team? Since all the other countries have a problem having a Trinidadian captain. It's not our fault we have the best Cricketers. Some of our guys don't even get a chance because the team can only have at most 4 trinis. We all know if it was based on talent WI would have about 7 trinis.

of course they push my man Brian Lara out the door. it's obvious they do not like the man..number one cause well he great and number two..cause he is a trini. those people like cozier and holding never have...nor will they ever have anything good to say about Lara. it is good that he retire..now he can play mas if he wants..he doh hafta play sick. he could spend time with his daughter and so on. and who will want to see windies play when they do not have anybody worth watching on d team. and samuels with he wicked self run out d man. and i agree..trinidad should form a lil team...i mean..we do beat all the other islands in the regional tournaments...so its obvious we have the best players.

I definetely think something has gone wrong in the space of 8-9 days after SL match. It appears in many circles that the Jamaicans are always against lara and trinidad. Holding has the balls to say that "he should have long gone" for press.I think the selectors might be thinking about dropping him for england tour and he made the call to avoid that.
I am so sad to see the great man going like this, its a huge shock.. I remember almost all his innings that gave me so much joy..

Brian Lara had earlier decided to retire from ODI only. But due to internal politics in West Indies Cricket, he changed his mind and decided to retire from Test cricket also. A sad end to a bright carreer.

I agree- Trinidad should have their own team and show everyone else who the best REALLY is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
