I'm looking for a tea room to take my mom to the day before mother's day that won't break the bank...($20 per person)
I'm hoping that we could go get manicures afterwards so downtown would be a good location. The south 'burbs would be nice also.

2 great locations, although a bit pricey (you can check their wbsite menus) they offer a large variety and both are located in areas where your sure to find a mani/pedi place nearby.
