Going on a bowling trip with my grandparents in 1972, we went from New Orleans, La. to Chicago,Ill., Milwaukee Ws, St. Louis, Ill,and Springfield, Ill, the museums in Chicago, the Bud brewery and Arch in St. Louis, and Abe Lincoln house and grave in Springfield, had a wonderful time, I am 49 now with my own grandchildren, my grandparents are long gone, but the memory of that trip and all the crazy arguments my grandparents got into over his terrible driving will live in me forever! I tell everyone how we were stuck in traffic and lost on Lakeshore Drive in Chicago, my grandfather rolled down his window and asked a cab driver mind you how to get to our location, upon hearing that we were going in the wrong direction, my grandfather rolled up his window and announced, "that S.O.B. doesn't know what he's talking about!" I can still hear my sweet grand mother screaming at him like it was yesterday.
Another great thing is we were in my Uncle E.J.'s gold 1969 Cutlass S.S. convertible!

Hmm... My sisters 'n I are burying a small blue-gray tin box, in hopes that one, we'll dig it up again. Like our own little time capsule. (We were about move when we did this, 'n we still haven't gone back yet.)
Theres also the great memory of the yard I grew up in. I loved playing outside... 'n some of the games my sisters 'n I used to play are good memories.
I can't pick just one, sorry. There are too many

I remember being at my grandma's house in the summer when she would babysit my sister and me. My cousins would be there too. She is gone now. Passed away when I was 11.

I have so many really. Most of them are of me and my little brother playing but I have so many fond memories that I can't choose just one.

Spending time with my grandpa. I just wish I could have had more time to listen to stories about him and his life before he passed away.
