I’ll make a long story short, I been with this guy for 8 years on and off… and the last 4 years living together prior to him moving in he told me he had a child with another women while we was on/off, I was hurt then and still to this day. Since that day he told me I have never been able to look or respect him the way that I used to. Within the last 2 years I have told him on numerous occasions that I did not want to be with him. Once this is said he goes nuts, he try’s everything in his power to make it work. He just does not get the point/message.. Now I haven’t left because it’s my house. It’s getting to that point…
I have been on several dates, gave my cell number out ..etc chat online.. He knows most of what I do its no secret. And he still wont leave…………….HELP ME !!!!

You aren't trying hard enough. If you wanted him gone he would be gone. There are thousands of ways to make him leave if you wanted him out of your life. Pick one.

Do you have brothers? If not call the police and have him escorted out of your home but not only that, I would be very careful and have a restraining order on him so that he wouldn't be able to come back and do anything. You don't have to live that miserable life and you have done everything but you don't say that you asked him to leave but then you are probably afraid because he goes nuts, this is why I say get the police involved and then have a male relative or male friend stay with you a couple days until things are okay. He needs to get out...NOW.....good luck

I would consult a lawyer. It would seem that since you are not "together" he should not have any reason to live with you. Are you married? If not, and there is no common law marriage in your state, then you CAN make him leave. If you are married, then you can file for divorce even if you still live under the same roof. You just have to indicate the last time you two had sex and your time frame should start there (here you have to be separated 1 year before you can be legally divorced).

You can help yourself by moving out unless he is in a home you own or in an apt. that you lease. He is dragging you down. Don't let him victimize you. Good luck.

It's your house, pack his stuff and have it waiting for him on the porch when he comes from work. For extra measure change the locks.

If it's your house, and you really want him to leave, get a court order or something and LEGALLY make him leave.

I got to the "on and off" part and stopped reading. Stop getting back together with him. Geez, you'd think people would learn, but here you are typing....
