Anyone who people who have their own airplanes, must drive hybrid or biodiesel cars.

Airplanes are the worst polluters of all transportation. Therefore, people who have personal airplanes should compensate for that by driving only green ground vehicles.

Anyone who supports global warming reduction efforts against this?

Deep Sky -- you're missing the point. I understand what you are saying. However, the best way to get them to shut up about global warming is to hit them where it hurts. Make these super-rich, like Laurie David, Sheryl Crow and Al Gore actually go green. Don't allow them "carbon credits." That's bullsh!t. Make them actually adjust their carbon footprints to the level of the average person. They are the biggest polluters, and a progressive system would place the biggest burdens on them, right? That's the liberal line, isn't it? Let's do it!

Heads up... The most significant effects of global warming are not caused by humans. Do you know any humans flying in airplanes and driving SUV's on Mars? Because their polar ice caps are melting too.

Heat comes from the sun, just thought you should know.

update, sorry I see the point in your recent comment. the part that was confusing is how you use two different, unrelated terms. "pollution" and "global warming" are two very different things. Carbon Dioxide is not a pollutant, and this is an important distinction.

Of course we know that Hollywood's liberal elite (as well as Gore) are nothing but a bunch of hypocritical phonies

Good idea. They would eliminate a lot of pollution by not flying in private jets.
Better yet, make each of them promise not to cause more pollution than the average US resident.
(I actually think global warming is a red herring, but pollution is an actual problem we can do something about.)
Or, make their personal lives totally open to the public, so we can see how clean and green they really are.
(Ugh! as if we don't get enough news about the stupidities of celebrities.... Maybe it's just better to ignore them....)
