Brown Spotting?

I am two weeks late for my period. I had a negative blood test at the doctors office last week. I was one week late at that time. This morning when I went pee, I saw brown on my toilet paper....so I put on a tampon (sorry for details lol). My stomach is bloated and crampy and other than that, there is no sign of a period other than two brown dots on a tampon. Anyone know what this all may be?

Brown spotting is just old blood and based on the other symptoms you described it sounds like your period might be coming any time now.
