I'm falsely accused of an untrue statement in a story I wrote:?

I wrote the following story for a website. Several people accused me of "mis-statements" and "inaccuracies" but they can't point it out. Can you? I would appreciate the help. Go to:

How could a tiny fertility nurse w/ 2 children at home, drug and shoot her husband, cut his body into three pieces, stuff him in 3 suitcases, and drop him into the Chesapeake Bay? I told the story exactly as I saw it on Court TV...

The article appears to be of your observations of the case and is therefore "one man's opinion". It is concise and observatory and presumes nothing. If I were grading this you would receive an A. Those who are judging your opinion are just missing the point of information you are presenting and should realize that they are free to write a dictate of there own accounts in this case as well.
