The article appears to be of your observations of the case and is therefore "one man's opinion". It is concise and observatory and presumes nothing. If I were grading this you would receive an A. Those who are judging your opinion are just missing the point of information you are presenting and should realize that they are free to write a dictate of there own accounts in this case as well.
