Take a look at any site that gives you formation about how drug use deteriorates your cognitive skills as well as all other functions of the brain. I'm not going to write your thesis for you, but this is a good place to start researching.

Your IQ can regress all the time. Whenever I take an IQ test online, it is never the same number. Just as long as it's always in the same relative ballpark range, you have nothing to worry about.
