Think about something that always makes you laugh, like a joke that a comedian told that you haven't forgotten. You'll be laughing inside, and probably struggle not to laugh or smile on the outside, and you'll forget all about the discomfort of being around other people.

i developed this person that lives inside me that no matter how i feel i just let him do it. it's like i let my imaginary other take over. i first started using for public speaking and it surprised me how well it worked. as soon as he takes over i relax and then i end of having a great time......seriously
