Privacy fence can be purchased from fence companies, big box stores like Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, etc
Buy a 6" high x 8' panel and 2 posts for the ends. The posts should be 9' high so that 3' is in the ground.
Have fun!

You'll need a shovel, a level , a drill with a screwdriver bit, 2 to 3 inch exterior screws, fast setting concrete, and lumber.
First, I'm assuming this fence is 6 feet high by 8 feet long. If so, dig three holes for 4 by 4 inch posts (Pressure treated, available at any home store) 4 ft apart in a straight line. The depth of your holes is determined where you live. If you live in an area where the ground freezes during the winter, you need to dig below the frost line (the people at the home store can probably tell you how deep to dig the hole.) Your posts will need to be 6 feet or a little more plus the depth of your holes . Make all the holes the same depth. Place your posts inside, and brace them temporarily with pieces of wood or just have some one hold them for you. Use your level to make sure they are plumb. (straight up and down). Pour your concrete around the post up to about 1 or 2 inches below ground level. There is special concrete for setting posts you can pour in dry and add the water in the hole.Do that for each post.
After the concrete is fully set (next day is good), you can finish your fence. If your want full privacy, attach horizontal boards between the posts, 2 ft high and 4 ft high. There are hangers available at the home store that make this easy, Use 2 by 4 or 2 by 6 lumber. Then nail or screw vertical boards to the horizontal boards to form the fencing. Use 1 by 4 or 1 by 6 boards for this or lumber sold specifically for this purpose (has a "dog ear" cut at one end). Another option would be lattice panels. Not as much privacy, but more attractive. You can plant a fast growing vine next to the fence to give you complete privacy. Use heavy duty lattice. There is wood specially milled with a groove to accept the lattice edge that you can buy to make a frame. Then just screw the frame inbeweeen the posts. Use pressure treated lumber for all pieces. Have fun. This is a good diy project that is not very hard.

It would be more economical to purchase two fence posts and a section of premade fencing. They are a standard size of 6 foot tall and 8 foot wide. Dig holes for the posts at the proper distance apart and concrete them in. After the concrete sets, nail/screw the fence section to the posts.
