My head fell off once and my coach was like just walk it off. It took 3000 miles and four pairs of shoes but i'm feeling much better now.

Well, dunno, but I have been thrown from many horses many times in my youth and "walked off" the injuries. The worst was getting knocked out and spraining my neck when I was about 10 years old. I was VERY VERY lucky to not have BROKEN anything from that one. My parents didn't even take me to the hospital or doctor's even though I was incontinent, too. But that was back in the "old days" when the only time you went to either the doc or hospital is when you were either bleeding to death or obviously dying. HA!!

I broke some bones in my hand...I called my doctors office and they said we could do X-rays but other than surgery there isn't much they can do for a broken hand...So I just never went in...My hand is still kind of messed up but what can you do

I don't think any can really be walked off. Walking probably stimulates endorphins so you don't feel the pain.

i had a car accident where i rolled my car 3 times on the freeway and walked away from it.....i know someone was watching over me!!!

Last year I took a bad spill on my bike....but fortunately the bike was fine.....It took a minute but I was up and back on.
