The Cold War normally refers to the tension between the Soviet Union and the United States following WWII. You could include those wars. And yes, the draft existed. Who's denying this?

Nor me either,
By the way, neither of those actions started out being called wars.
They were played to the public by the media as "Police Actions". The veterans that returned from Nam had to protest because they were not getting the same benefits as soldiers who had fought in the Wars (WWI & WWII).The government went and reclassified it as a War.
There are some strange things about inceindts that led up to them just like the shady dealings that went on leading into the Gulf War and Iraq.
Strangly enough some of the characters and their relatives still remain in the Bush Administration.
There are some free video downloads available at:

Even after the 9/11 videos such as "9/11 In Plane Site", "Loose Change 2nd Edition" (in multiple languages), "911 Mysteries - Part 1 -Demolitions", "911 Eyewitness"
There are videos of BBC Documentaries, including How Bush stole the 2000 presidential Election.
From this link you can find stories that cover the Bush family as well as the bin-Laden family, and the CIA is linked to drugs: http://www.copvcia.com/
Somebody wrote a book about how suspected covert operations were performed to get us more involved. I suggest you take this link and go over the links that are listed on the left side.

The Cold War was simply an arms race between the US and USSR. The wars you mention did not involve the USSR, just its allies. You ARE aware the "Cold War" wasn't really a war, right?

The only context I can see for this question is those Conservatives who are calling for Veterans benefits for troops who served in those activities, when in fact we did get benefits, as I well know.
