i m going to have blog from Blogger.com..
i have a couple of questions below;
-can i change main header and set my own which i have prepared?
-does someone suggest another free blog hosting?

You can change the main header, for sure. You can, in fact, change the whole look, if you're willing to go in and "edit the html". You can pull out the expanded html for the whole page and learn the html for google's "widget" language. They have help files for them, and as a result, you can also write the CSS for the divs and other items generated by the widgets. As for other bloggers, there are other bloggers (in other blogging software backgrounds), as I'm sure you'll see in other answers to this question...
