What are good attacks that Empoleon should have??

It should mainly focus on support and special options, as it has poor physical attack.

-Protect
-Yawn
Grass Knot allows it to deal with most other waters, while Surf works off its powerful special attack and STAB. Protect allows it to scout for EQ(so he doesn't get owned) and get a free turn of leftover recovery. Yawn allows it to pseudohaze(and works great with Stealth Rock support.) Ice Beam can go over anything other than Surf(I'm guessing Yawn, because it's an egg move).

If you want to go physical, use Swords Dance. That's Empoleon's only shot at being a good physical attacker.
