With numbers like this, he is projected at over 100 HR's this season. He can't possibly keep this pace up... can he? Let me know your thoughts on this amazing start to the season, if he can keep it up, and if not, when you think he will begin to slump. Also list what records, if any, he will break this season.

A-Rod can keep it hot all year long. He's got a completely care-free approach now and it seems to help. He just goes out there and plays the game like he's out there to have some fun (but who wouldn't when you get paid like him, hahaha). Anyway, I'll put this in writing and say that he can hit for the Triple Crown this year. This could be one of the best years ever by an individual in baseball history.

As a Yankee fan, I'd love for him to stay hot all year, but I'm a realist and no it can't last. That being said, even cooled down, he'll still do well, and should lead the league in HRs. 100 though? Highly, highly unlikely. Even breaking the single-season record is unlikely, but we'll see.
He'll definitely break the all-time HR record by the time he ends his career though.

Nobody will ever hit 100 home runs in a season. He just got his 13th and 14th home run last night. At the rate he is going now, he'll hit 74 home runs, breaking Barry Bonds's record of 73.

hw will slump in may!! and he will not! break any records but will finish with over 40 home runs!! the real wquestion is this: CAN THAT PUNK!! PLAY IN POST SEASON? NO!!
