I have tried the pumice stone, rough heel craem from sally, going to the nail salon and they put a hot wax over it nothing works, any solutions?

For one thing, soak your feet for a long time before you use a pumice stone. Do it every day. Each night before you go to bed, put some hand cream or lotion on your feet, put on some white socks, and go to sleep. Repeat it.
Follow this plan of action for 3 weeks. You will end up with beautiful feet.

I'm not sure about how to cure it, but once they are all-over smooth, be sure to always wear shoes on gravel and cement. Those hard surfaces cause feet to caluson the bottom, and its a pain to smooth out.
