Today Pokerpot.. I would like Octupus and chips with plenty of vinegar but no salt. A round of brown bread and real butter and a cuppa ..no milk or sugar but a slice of lemon.

A pitta bread filled with humous, mixed fresh salad and falafel. On the side, to add a bit of interest, some tehina, a drizzle of something hot/spicy, a few fat olives, and a salt-pickled cucumber. I think that would just about hit the spot.
It's really kind of you to offer and take the trouble to make it for me. If you could have it here in about ten minutes, that would be really great. Napkin would be nice. Thanks.
P.S. Are you also making something for dinner tonight?

I only drink tea when I have a major sore throat which luckily I do not have now. I will call when I am in that condition and you could make one with lemon and honey - thanks.
But if you have something refreshing like a Diet Coke I could go for one of those right now.

Coffee. Black, no sugar thanks. If you mean tea as in dinner, then I'll have a nice rare steak, (preferably a sirloin or rib eye), with some mashed potato and gravy, followed by a large piece of chocolate cheesecake!
