Was there a pre-mark I earth ? If so , how old would that make the earth ?

I'm not sure what you mean by a pre-mark I earth, but the earth's age is estimated to be 4.5 billion years.

Yes, there was a premark Earth, but I believe that the age was already added in to the current estimate, around 4.6 billion years old.
