Yeah sometimes. Especially if it's just all out dumb and no one else is laughing but shaking their head. It's so painful to watch.

Yes. I even wrote a paper on it in college. There was this girl in my class we dubbed "Super 80s Girl" b/c she had big blonde hair and wore stone washed jeans with zippers at the ankles. Mind you, I took this class in 1999. However, that wasn't the worst part. She would open her mouth in class and ask the dumbest questions, and when she tried to answer questions I never quite knew where she was going or why she said some of the things she did. It was painful watching the train wreck.

I do if that person is someone I know and am with. I usually walk away from someone if they are acting a fool, whether I know them or not. I can't stand ignorance and I think that's why some people act a fool.

Yes, and I really want to save them the embarrassment by trying to let them know, but sometimes they refuse my help.

Yes, like when my flight home was cancelled and we were not given much information from the airport staff, just that a crew member was sick, and one idiot was making a total show of himself saying "What she got sick in the space of 45 minutes....what does she have Polio???" Oh I was cringing.

depends on who its is. if its some stranger, i would just laugh. if its a friend, i would feel embarrassed and try to make them stop doing whatever they are doing.
