i defeated team rocket and then i entered the gym nearby,but how to win the gym? and the gym leader is not talking to me

Pokemon Naranja is a fake/pirated/hacked game. Because of this, there are glitches that will make it so that you can't get past some parts in the game.

If you are thinking Pokemon Red or FireRed, then go to a local Gamestop if you live in America. If you have proof of Orange Version, google it and maybe something will come up. But I remember Pokemon BlackGem (A FireRed hack) so this might just be a hack of Red/Blue Version. I have seen ROMs of hacks that had the Orange Version... but not an actual cartrige.
