Usually the most common issue is communication.
Lack of it or communicating with others besides your mate.

When working with couples, try to involve each, but keep them from talking over each other. This way they can focus on each issue one at a time.

Hope this helped ya some.

Brown Skin hit the nail, but the fact is to one of the biggest issues with couple is the individual issues they caring with them. Really inorder for communication to be on at a level of deep intimacy they have to understand were each other is coming from. This is usually extremely hard to get couples to do because they "think" they understand the other one, which in itself is usually an issue they have with themselves and the opposite sex. This is real rapid in todays society were ever man see women as the same or vice versa.... but she is right on fixing those issues! So give her the best answer I was just specifing for the sake of information, that the issues that come to bare or usual the ones the hold in themselves.... its really a melting of two universes into one and thats were the magic happens!
