Here are some great spot treatments for grass, grease, food, even blood:

Try Sugar Paste: Sugar Paste, made of sugar and water, and allowed to sit for one hour, then wash as usual. This will usually remove anything!!

If you'd rather try something else: One cup of Tide with two cups of White Vinegar. Blot the stain well with this solution, rinse with cold water, blot again, and launder as usual.

Baking Soda, sprinkle on the grease, and scrub gently with a wet brush, wash.

Dawn dishwashing liquid - take a little and cover the stain, let it sit for about a half hour, and then wash.

Since the stains are already set, I would put them in a soaker load with Biz Activated Non-Chlorine bleach or Arm & Hammer Washing Soda. Treat the stains with a pre-spotter, ZOUT works best on grease, food and beverage stains. This method works well to remove old, heat set stains.

Shout ususally works well. I'm always rewashing my son's things that the stain didn't come out the first time. I'll spray it on, maybe rub it in a little, sometimes I let it sit as long as overnight, until I have another load to wash. It has always come out for me.
