I have been wanting to conceive since last year I don't usually have my period's on time sometimes i can miss a month or so. Of late i have been having normal periods i was supposed to have my periods on the 4th - 10th of April but up to now do you think i can be pregnant please help me for i need a child.

You may be pregnant since you missed your period more than 10 days ago, but sometimes when you are trying to conceive so badly you mind plays tricks on you and your body starts acting different. Take a test and I hope you are pregnant, if not just relax, it will happen.

Take an HPT test, and if you are not satisfied, contact your doctor!

if you have had sex go buy a test and pee on it good luck also
