If the temperature gets high enough to cause physical injury, for example if an employee passes out, that would be illegal. There is no federal OSHA regulations set a specific maximum temperature that should be considered injurious to employees’ health. Consider metal workers in foundaries where its 120F, they have no fans.
As a practical matter, if you anticipate that the work site might be unusually warm, it’s a good idea to have plenty of liquids around for employees to drink and fans on to circulate the air.

there is no maximum temperature only a minimum!!
I know this because i used to wash dishes in a restaurant when i was 16 and i used the 'im to hot to work' line

Whilst British legislation does not set a maximum working temperature, it is interesting that the World Health Organisation recommends a maximum air temperature of 75F/24C for workers to work comfortably

It may depend on the state. I don't think there is in AZ. They make people work in conditions over 100 degrees all the time here regularly. Outside here it is over 100 at least 5 months out of the year. My boyfriend installs wiring in ceilings before they have the AC in them in the summer and he has to work in those conditions all day.

There should be a health and safety poster on the wall where you work, it should tell you on that.

No maximum, only minimum. However, they have to offer reasonable solutions like fans, ventilations etc.
