I have the opposite problem hun it won't go soft it stays hard...........

My Mother made excellent Rolls, and Breads.
Watch the cooking shows on TV that may
feature Bread making. I've seen a few.
It does take practice.

May be you didn't leave it in the oven long enough. Ormay be try putting cement in the mixture; that should make it solid hard but I can't guarantee it will be edible.

Bread is supposed to be soft. Are you trying to conceive?
