my neighbors were partying & fighting till 3am now they are sleeping soundly while I'm falling asleep at my desk, I have two cherry bombs I save for July 1st should I set them off in thier drive way or would that make me a bad neighbor

NO! That will just p*ss them off. Better idea: MOW YOUR LAWN! Right now! push the mower back and forth in front of their windows......wear a set of headphones, even if you don't have an iPod....sing "Free Bird" at the top of your lungs...
"IF I LEEEEEEAVE HERE TOMORRRRRROW....."
Sing OVER the mower noise, sing out of tune.
When they look out of the window....Smile at them and wave....play a little air guitar for their benefit.
Then keep pushing the mower back and forth by their window....over the same swatch of grass....appear oblivious to the fact you've mowed that strip of lawn twenty times.

Set them off in trash cans. Have to be quick, light, drop, slam the lid down and run! Makes an awesome echoing bang, sends the lid over the roof, and if you're lucky splatters trash everywhere!

I know that they were rude to you by disturbing you but I don't think it would be polite to ser the bombs off in their drive way because that would make you a jerk like them.

I wouldn't set them off. Make a noise complaint with your landlord if don't like confrontation. But you could always ask them to keep it down next time they are loud.
