You are probably growing up and just keep worrying about all the things in yourlife, which will result in your sleep getting encroached on and you end up feeling and worst of all,LOOKING tired!

When i was younger, i used to worry all the time, andwhen i say all the time, it was getting beyond the joke and i took up professional help. My head was going to explode and i was doing 7/8 gcse's at the time, i was soooooooo stressed out i just wasnt the same anymore.

Nothing really helped me apart from one saying, and that was: - Nothing will get better or change if you worry about it. Worrying does absofuc*kinlutley NOTHING.

Just try and remember that. Worrying is not going to change what is happening. You just have to try and keep that in your head and look at the bigger picutre. For example, when i was a secondary school, i'd wake up and worry about an arguement that i had the day before. Now, at this stage in my life, can i even remember who the arguement was with or what it was about???NO. So you see, we live in the small picture for today and tomorrow, and even next week,. But in a year or two years, you will be so far away from where you are now, hopefully, you will be there and you would have enjoyed the little picture, or at least stoped worrying about it.

goodluck and i wish you all the best with your studies. xx

HERE IS SOME ADVICE FROM A 36 YR OLD HIGH SCHOOL DROP OUT:

What you do in High School matters very little unless you are going to Harvard or Brown. Other than that once you hit the real world your work ethic and experience matter the most. I dropped out went to community college then a University and now develop software for a Bio Med Company. My education plays NO part in my job. And unfinished homework means 100% NOTHING for the rest of your life.

STOP STRESSING do your work and be done with it. Don't second guess your work.

Go outside and have fun.

Sounds like anxiety to me. Things are moving faster in your life now. You are growing faster, your mind is expanding, your social life is growing and your opinions are developing. You are having new feelings and you are seeing the world around you in newer and different ways than before or perhaps at deeper levels. Don't worry. It is all a part of growing up and you are normal. Do try some of the other things people are suggesting like running or walking or reading more. You will be fine. It may get bumpy at times but you will be fine. If your life is ok right now then you are going into the next phase of your life ahead of the game and will get through it. Use your head well.

You're under a lot of stress right now and stress does strange things to our bodies and minds. Under stress you will be sleep deprived a which can lead to depression and anxiety. Try to put things in perspective. You did your homework the best you could and you can't take it back so trust yourself. Try to rest whenever possible, even if it's an afternoon nap to try to relax and regroup. Soon you will have some time off for the summer and can enjoy yourself for a while. Take care and don't let it overwhelm you. Happy Birthday!

You are stressed. Try to find some daily routine that eases your stress such as meditation - clearing your mind and breathing or excersize such as swimming or jogging. Get up early in the morning and watch the sun rise and reflect about the simple joys and pleasures of life - spring, warm weather, birds singing. Consider drinking a calming tea like Lavendar or Chamomile and spend time with yourself reading or writing out your life dreams. Talk to your parents, tell them you've been feeling stressed and that you'd like to go get a massage at a spa. This would be a good outing for you and your mom - if you are a girl. Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet and eat more brain food - salmon, flax seed, omega-3's

Well, if you don't get an adequate amount of sleep, you will not be able to function at 100%, so as a result you will be exhibiting physical symptoms of exhaustion, and that will also take a toll on your mind - you will not be able to focus, concentrate or remember things. Adequate sleep and a healthy meal will help you feel much better. Take a week end day to just sleep, no noise, no visitors, just sleep. You need to give your body what it needs in order to perform what you expect from yourself.

After finishing your homework try to get a nap, and do things that cheer you up. Go shopping or get your hair and nails done. Do things that make you feel nice and keep your mind away from homeworks and anxiety. Find a hobby or an interest that relaxes and take the tiredness out of you

You are tired because of what you are doing throught the day.

Here's a handy tip to get you less tired.

Tell your teachers NOT to give you so much homework, it's stressing me out too much. If your mates can see that you are too tired, show your teachers, it may work.

If the teacher dosn't do that, then take yourself off to the doctors, they may be able to give you some medicine of some sort. Hope this works, it's the same feeling for me, i know all about it, the doctor tip worked fine for me, hope it will for you too!!

Thanks, tomtomx4!!

'Stress' doesn't actually exist as a disorder. It is in fact a collection of different symptoms that are associated with lacking control and the anxiety it causes.

It sounds as if you are over reacting to a concern you have and this is feeding your anxiety.

Rather than drugs or alcohol, try counselling. It is really useful for sorting out how you view your life and work.
