acutally i saw the trailer and i thought about it was good but i didnt get it

It hasn't been 'offically announced' but theres two trailers, one at the end of Kingdom Hearts2, and another one at the end of Kingdom Hearts2: Final Mix (available here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7NR-RszkG8)
The creator said he was tied up with other projects, but a new kingdom hearts project would be announced later this year. It could be Kingdom Hearts3, a CGI movie or something completely different.

Kingdom Hearts 3 hasn't been released yet, but you can check out the trailer on Youtube. I'm assuming you must have meant Kingdom Hearts 2; your question is too vague.

if kingdom hearts 3 is to be released it will be like the wait between 1 and 2 thats what the creator said and its a good possiblity as kingdom hearts has a growing fan base

It is an 2005/2006 action role-playing game. Kingdom Hearts II continues Kingdom Hearts' style of gameplay. Sora, the main character, is directly controlled by the player from a third person camera angle. There are also many different Disney characters appear in the game.
