Babes, try drinking milk. Make sure that you dont consume a whole lot of food, otherwise that will drain you and yul feel tired. You can take an apple or any other fruit. Keep it simple. Stop thinking bout food, sometimes youll find dat its all up in yo head and ur brain is playing tricks on you, just to interupt u on what ur doing. Concentrate! and if u want 2 eat, eat sumthin light. Good luck hey!

Chewing in general help you concentrate more. a pack of chewy sweets or something. When i sit exams they always hand out bananas?
If all else fails drink cofee..lots off it
you'll b wide eyed for hours (longer than you want though)
