I have lived both so far..=)...for a woman I say over 35,for a guy I think under 35...but I am biased towards women of course...
It just seems when a woman is over 40 things seem to get more laid back,at least for me..Menopause isn't much fun but once ya deal with it its all good..=)IN truth its hard to say which is best as all ages have great advantages at some points..

Since I'm 31 I'll go with 35 and over because I haven't got much 35 and under left!

I'm 36 and it just gets better every year I grow older. At 24 I would have said under 25 too but experience has mellowed me.

Since everyone ages and you don't really have a choice in the matter I say it is better to be happy at whatever age you are and not to obsess with the age you are not. I am almost 60 and sure I sometimes wish I was younger but most of the time I think being 59 is really great!

Well they do say that life begins at 40 and i totally agree with that..So my answer is over 35..

I'm 51, so I say Over 35! HA ha... mind you I don't have wrinkly skin all over and freckles speckled on every corner!

its better to be alive thats my answer you wont be 24 for ever i'm 42 now and not over the hill by any means, life is about learning and growing and i prefer to be my age now and happy then what i was like at 24, which was all over the place ,

As much as I had a great time when I was younger things have just got better and better for me since I was 50 at Christmas so bring it on I say, enjoy your youth but enjoy your older years more I say.
