most to least(1-most.....6.least)
1. imagination-you have no limits to imagination...one can travel lands...do anything...be anything...live their dreams...imagination truly has no limits.even reality can't limit it.
2.questions-ask a inquisitive child. children have infinite questions and adults have infinite questions in their minds...some are even unanswered.the only little thing which limits it to an extent is knowledge.
3.universe-universe is 3rd limitless....because its very very vast...no one knows what are its boundaries...one can only guess....it is limited by knowledge and human himself.
4.God-i know this is silly...but i find God 4th limitless as even though he is unexplainable....but he is limited by religion(i am no athiest but ....hmmm) we limit him.
5.time-time is unstoppable....but not infinite....time is vaguely completely and largely limited by memories. you can go back just by remembering the past.
6.greed-that's a pure human emotion...and it can be limited by anything...love..friendship,comfort...and wisdom.
but strangely everything above(time.god.greed.universe.questions) they are limited by imagination...and is made limitless by imagination only.
one question: do you like capital letters? ;) it looks like you are writing a code...with all those capital letters.
nice question!

Gosh what an interesting question. For the imaginative imagination has only the bounds of their mind - and that's always limited. Greed grows with everything it feeds on and therefor could be infinite if it had enough imagination to extend that far (but it doesn't). Questions raise answers that beg other questions - again limited only by imagination. God's a bit limited I think, if he requires worship - must be very insecure. The universe must surely come to some end, and perhaps a new beginning as something else. So perhaps time can exist in the absence of anything else and is therefor infinite - though that might contradict Einstein and others. Including many native people who see it as a saucer which seems fair enough; but even a saucer has a perimeter.

Each have their own unique perspective.....
Imagination: As long as you can imagine it - it can exist: whether in reality or fantasy; imagination has no boundaries but requires someone alive, doing the imagination and is unique and dependent to that person.
Greed: As long as people exist and long for the things they don't have, greed to any degree can exist.
Questions: Someone in history once commented that true wisdom is not in knowing the answers, but in asking the questions. Questions can go on forever, but as the previous 2, it still requires people to do the asking and so it is dependent.
GOD: There is nothing that can conclusively prove that a god does exist, and yet - there is nothing that can conclusively conclude that a god does not exist. This is based on faith and from the questions arising from people. Without the existence of people, who will question or have faith in or spread the belief?
Time: Time is infinite. Whether you sleep, are awake, doing some activity, or dying...... Time still goes on. It depends on no one and not one thing. It is constant, consistent, and ever changing - with or without you.
Universe: With black holes, destruction, and science - it is definitely immense. However, not being able to conclusively define or measure something does not automatically make it infinite...... It was thought that earth was a straight plane, reach the edge and you might fall off..... After discovery, it was realized earth was round. This question may be better answered when something more conclusively comes to light; discovery and exploration has just begun in this respect.
My vote is time. It is dependent on no one and no thing. It exists with or without you and is constant and consistent. It does not change but rather is, ever-changing.....

God is most infinate.
Greed? Wow. To some people this might rank high but not me. I, at least at a formidably conscious level, am not greedy.
To me, my imagination and questions I have are insanely infinate so that would really rank!
The universe, as I understand scripture, is all physical; Heaven and hell are seperate from our stars and planets and earth, etc. and it will all be destroyed when God decides it's time for a new one. Time is a relative human condition. God transends time, so it doesn't exist where He is.
Then again, I don't know when I'm going to die. I may die at the same time as the earth dies, but I don't know that. I am assuming that the universe would outlive me so all your items on a personal level must rank lower.
Okay, it boils down to as follows, from least to most infinate:
Greed
Questions
Imagination
Time
The Universe
God

A persons imagination knows no bounds, it is not constrained by rules or by faith, by facts or by the influence of others. It is each and every persons own infinte escape. A place where none can intrude or judge and where everything you ever dreamt of can come to life. It is by far the most infinite and powerful skill that humans possess.

For all responders debating the validity of this question, the applicable definitions of the adj. 'in•fi•nite' are as follows:
1. immeasurably great: an infinite capacity for forgiveness.
2. indefinitely or exceedingly great: infinite sums of money.
3. unlimited or unmeasurable in extent of space, duration of time, etc.: the infinite nature of outer space.
4. unbounded or unlimited; boundless; endless: God's infinite mercy.
Everything on this list may be considered 'immeasurably great' when considered on its own, yet may still be comparatively ranked in consideration of the other items on the list. Having degrees of infinite in the comparison of items considered to be infinite does not contradict the definitions of this word. With that said I will continue to answer the question:
1) I believe God is most limitless. God is the creator of the Universe, and Humans who are Questioning, Imaginative, and Greedy. God is above all of these. I believe God is everywhere present and within everything that has life. God's power seems only limited in God's being incapable of Evil. God is infinitely good.
2) The Universe seems to go on forever but scientist claim to have found its edges. All matter that is known to exist exists within the universe.
--the next 3 are limited to human existence--
3) Imagination- the most unlimited (of these 3) yet is limited by the mind of the imaginer. The more one experiences in their life the more they are capable of imagining, and the more one uses their imagination also increases its potential. Although this quality seems to be limitless to humanity in general, very few specific individuals have developed this beyond their early childhood days. If basic needs are not met (food, shelter, clothing, love/acceptance) the development of imagination will be greatly hindered.
4) Greed- those who are greedy are typically too focused on the material world to develop their imagination. An infinite insatiable desire is within these souls. They are never satisfied with what they have, but attainment of their desires limited by their own resources, and availability of the coveted prizes.
5) true Questions seem to be very limited. though everything could be questioned, most of us have developed much faith in the material world around us, and grown accustomed to the behaviors of others in this world with us, and overly accepting (and perpetuating) of the ideas that are taught to us. Many times questions seem to be asked falsely- only to perpetuate unquestioned beliefs and not to seek new information. Questioning, like imagination, is limited by the mind of the questioner. Many do not exercise their minds enough to be capable of true questioning.
6) Time- most limited. Although it seems to have existed for eternity (as long as God) it is linear, always going in one direction and at a fixed rate. Hypothetically it could be possible to travel into the future, but travel to the past or back from any future destination does not seem possible. Once time has passed it is gone forever, and the future never truly arrives. Time is limited to each fleeting moment of existence. As a noun item Time does not seem to truly exist, and is only experienced in its passing.
Great question, as always. Peace.
