It is basically the same as in the US although in the UK there are many more provisions.
The philosophy behind the US is "No Child to be Left Behind.
Where as in the UK it is not only for
education in is for health and many other things. The responsibility as well, is every ones. Promoting the fact that each child is entitled provides for less discrimination.
