No, they are two different styles in singing. Jennifer has the pipes for acting on Broadway. Beyonce has acheived what she has wanted. Jen is just starting out. Beyonce has stated she has been there so she does not feel she has to prove anything to anyone.

Beyonce has no reason to compete or be jealous of Jennifer Hudson.
I just think that she was more disappointed and embarrassed because she desperately wants to be recognized as a good actress with Oscar potential and was too overly confident in her role as Deena Jones. Everything she wanted, the praise, great reviews, numerous best actress awards and the Oscar went to an unknown. Everybody was talking about Jennifer Hudson and not Beyonce. That had to hurt.
I am sure her ego was a little crushed and everytime she hears Jennifer Hudson's name, she gets a little pissed off because finally someone completely over shadowed her.

No. Beyonce has been in the business for quite a long time now. She doesnt need to compete with anyone. Shes successful in her own right

sure, this is so genuine. She likes to be the focal ingredient in any respect cases. i think of Jennifer Hudson incredibly did a stable activity in Dreamgirls and merits each and all the accolades she has gotten (and gets interior the destiny).
