Maybe if the person had chronic case of the runs, or was constantly sick to his stomach... but if that's the case, the person needs to get to the doctor, not another bottle of Pepto Bismol!
So, I say, no, it's not a particularly good stocking stuffer.
Unless of course there's some joke... or the person asked for it!
I say stick with socks!
