If you haven't met this girl before then how do you have feelings for her? If you met her online then it's best to safeguard your emotions because people aren't always what they say they are. I think you should at least get to know her in person before you express any feelings or decide that you already want her as your girlfriend.

NEVER express your feelings to a girl first. Let her do all the expressing. You can say some stuff - but only when she's said it first, and don't say anything as strong as her.
Just ask her out. Stop being a wimp.
