The only reason that keeps me from doing this favor to myself is my family because I don’t wana hurt them, but it is getting harder and harder to take the pain anymore. Pain of living in a f Islamic country while I’m not a Moslem anymore, pain of seeing the women and girls of my country being treated like slaves while I deeply believe in their equal rights, pain of watching the savage governments of my country destroying every thing that has left; every one in this country is desperate and sad, and I guess my biggest problem is that I lost the god in the middle of the way, so now I have nothing or no one to give me hope or willing to live. My father and mother are both conservative Moslems and they always blame me for protecting my sisters rights. I’m really sick and tired of foolish argues with my parents about my sister, and I’m really sick and tired of this life.

You can't live others' lives for them. Your sisters have responsibilities to themselves for themselves also. It's wonderful that you are such a loving brother and man that you care for them, but you have to care for yourself first or you'll be no good to them or anyone else. You also deserve a life. Mahatma Gandhi said "you must be the change you wish to see in the world." To me, this implies each person taking personal responsibility and not concentrating on blaming others or worrying about what others are doing, but taking responsibility for our own lives first and foremost. You don't have to take on the problems of the world. It's time for you to start concentrating on what you want for your life. Take some time to meditate daily to come more in tune with your inner self and be open to receiving guidance from your inner voice, whether that be the voice of God, or the All That Is or the source creator or whatever. It's there, regardless. Life is meant to be joyful and abundant. Figure out what gives you the most joy in life and follow that. It may take time, but you're worth it.
Best wishes!

I am concerned because I hear two different things in your question. The first sentence is separate from the rest of the question and makes me think you are suffering from a clinical depression. In the West, you could get medical treatment for this.
The rest of your question involves things over which you seem to be powerless and which might make any of us angry under similar circumstances. But if it is causing you pain, that implies that you are taking personal responsibility for the situation, which I don't see as valid. There is nothing you can do in an instant which will change your country or your family, although you could certainly become involved in movements I suspect already exist in your country. Believe it or not, but this taking of personal responsibility is another symptom of clinical depression.
I do not know what your medical system is like whereever you are, but if it is possible, I would seek treatment as soon as possible. Then you might find you do have the ability to change some things, no matter how small.
Good luck and hang in there!

Believe in yourself. You sound like an intelligent beautiful person, and the world needs a lot more like you. Is there any way you could leave your country? If not, perhaps you could be of service to others in some way while enjoying any interests you have. Liberation can be found in the truth, joy can be found in the things and people you love, such as your sister. Please, work with your challenges, you will die soon enough. Why not write about your experiences, you could travel the west while promoting your book... You could have an exciting life, but you will never know unless you take up the challenge. I love you. We all need people like you. Please stay and help us make this a better place. Your energy will help to make a difference-to your sister for a start.

Hopelessness is a state of mind. What we think about and how we think affects how we see the world.
We also live in a world where women in the Islamic world have been making strides towards independence and freedoms seen elsewhere in the world.

Because no man is an island, no man stands alone.
Eveyone needs someone to pour their lives to.
It's time you set forth and concentrate on your own self.
If the situation is bothering you that much, organize a group for human rights.
