Can anyone give me at least 3 closed-ended questions to use in an interview for ms word users in order to develop ideas for the next version of the package.

The thing that hurts word the most is that it strongly lacks any form of advanced page layout. Word is Word and it seems like it always will be. If Microsoft would make Word more like Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress, and still offer it at the same price as the corrent word, they could make a killing as InDesign is $200+ and Quark is $600+.

Ask these people: "Would you prefer Word to incorporate more forms of advanced page layout options similar to Adobe InDesign?"
