There are white trailing marks on the leaves of my tomato plants and egg plant leaves. Also the leaves on my green peppers at the top are curled up and have stopped growing.

I just had to do this too. Take a spray bottle with alot of dish detergent and a little water. Spray the heck out of the plant , even under the leaves. Do this for a few of days and then keep watering as usual.

The white trailing marks are signs of slugs. Slug pellets will kill them, copper wire around the base of your plants will deter them. Diatomatious earth cuts their tender bellies. Shallow containers of beer will draw them -- they can't get out.

Suspect your peppers have worms (leaf curlers) that you can squash with your fingers, they curl the leaf around themeslves while resting after feasting on your plants.

good luck bug hunting.
