No, dude. Nothing wrong with that, she's young, 18ish, showing motherly skills which attracts men. I find a bunch of chicks hot all the time. It doesn't mean I'm going to try to bang them.
Don't worry about it. Enjoy a view without being a perv or bothering her, and don't let your wife catch you glancing. Be happy you got a hot babysitter and not some old hag who smells like rotten hippo meat.

No, it's not wrong to find another woman hot. Are you feeling guilty because of her age? Or because you are married? It's completely normal and natural to look at other women, just don't act on it and you'll be fine.

Well if she is the baby sitter, this means you most likely have a girlfriend or wife. This being I'd put the baby sitter in the cooler as you're headed for hot water.

if you are married with children, it is wrong. If you are divorced, or otherwise single and she watches your children, it is not wrong to have tendencies towards liking younger, attractive girls. I would still steer away from the relationship as it might jeopardize her employment, and good babysitters are hard to find. I suggest just admiring her from afar and keeping it to yourself (pun intended).
but again, if you are married... NO NO NO NO NO... stay away! it is wrong.
