Have you opened the printer properties menu to check how much ink is in your new cartridge or if it recognises them. You will probably need to clean the nozzles, which the printer will do from that menu. If the nozzles are clogged up it won`t print anything, so hopefully a quick clean will sort it out. I have an Epson C46 and the printer properties menu is very good at pointing out the problem.

Hey; this could be any 1 of a number of problems. To clean the leaked ink, did you open the printer? If you did, it could be that something was damaged in the process. Printers are actually very advanced inside, if you pushed against something of you found a loose part inside that you thought was not needed anymore? I would advise you to go through the whole process what you did to clean the printer and try to figure out if you did damage something.

The actual ink jets below the cartridges are clogged. These holes are tiny and very difficult to unclog. You could remove the part and soak overnight in Isopropol alcohol, then use compressed air to clear the clogs.
OR
1. Take the printer in for professional cleaning.
2. Replace the printer.
Your call.

Go into your printer utilites and select clean nozles / deep clean nozzles, then do a test page that should do the trick. It may take several attempts to get the printer working how it should.

I would normally just say buy a new printer, but I beleive that is like a $300 printer?!? Have you run the clean nozzle function...I am not sure how that model does it, but that may be your problem.
