Clean house, volunteer in general, volunteer for one of the street/beach/lake clean ups, work out, take up bike riding or jogging.

Every house/workplace should have a special "Slaming Door" installed, where disgruntled family members/employees can slam a door to their heart's content!

i don't know, but this person who keeps writing report emma is pretty frustrating. actually frustration is like anger- it is chosen. you have to let something make you angry or frustrated. sit back + look at what is bothering you and try to figure out why you are taking that route. easier said than done, too.

they are differnet ways frustraion can be put to good use

any sport eg: karate,judo football etc go jogging take a relaxing bath web site may help you ive pasted it for you

clean the house! get vicious as you scrub the floors! and you can wring sponges out but pretend to be wringing someones neck (a personal fave of mine!)
its productive as well!
